A Wedding at the BRDC

March 2007 saw Aspire Special Events catering for a 100-guest wedding party held at the British Racing Drivers Club (BRDC) Clubhouse, at Silverstone Circuit.

The event commenced with mixed canapés served with Winter Pimms and was followed by four fabulous courses comprising leek and potato soup served with organic breads, a spit roast lamb with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables, a sinful choice of either lemon posset or chocolate ganache, all rounded off with a selection of cheeses.
